Nigerians support authorities’s desire for a realistic budget

Alhaji Maimala Buni, National Secretary, All Progressives Congress (APC), said the support Nigerians were giving President Muhammadu Buhari in his quest to have a realistic budget, represented the folks’s beliefs in the current administration.

Maimala who stated this on Sunday in an interview with News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Damaturu, said Nigerians comprehended the desire of government to have a workable document which enactment would enhance their lives.

"It is evident that there is trust in authorities and, Nigeria’s image has substantially improved with an elevated interest by foreign investors to put money into the state, before the international community.

"Every nation is looking forward to doing business because we have a president who is trusted, devoted, incorruptible and transparent and the entire international community" he said.

The party scribe said Nigerian’s belief in the APC government was further demonstrated by the big turnout of voters in the Saturday by- election in Yobe.

"The big turnout in yesterday’s election and APC’s victory at the polls, has combined the people’s religion in the party and President Buhari to improve their lives.
